We use information to deliver commercial energy analytics and reports, operate the platform, analyze energy consumption, generate recommendations, provide support, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.

Utility Data

Utility data is collected only with customer authorization. Customers retain ownership of their utility account information. DingoLink does not sell utility customer information.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption, authentication controls, access controls, and monitoring systems.
