Utility BillScope is a product of DingoLink LLC ("DingoLink," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Utility BillScope, you agree to these Terms.

Your Responsibilities‍ ‍

You agree that information you provide is accurate, you are authorized to submit information provided to Utility BillScope including any utility account or billing data, and you will use the service lawfully.

Third-Party Dependencies

Utility BillScope relies on utility providers, rate databases, and third-party data systems. DingoLink cannot guarantee continuous service availability, third-party system uptime, or accuracy of third-party rate or consumption data.

Informational Purpose

Reports, analyses, and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute legal, tax, engineering, financial, or investment advice. Results are estimates and are not a guarantee of future savings.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Limitation of Liability‍ ‍

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DingoLink's liability shall not exceed amounts paid to DingoLink during the preceding twelve months or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing Law‍ ‍

California law governs these Terms.
